Pros
* Company believes in a good work-life balance, I've never felt pressured to work more than 40-45 hours per week (in software, no less!)
* Pay is good, especially after you've been there a few years
* Solid health insurance and 401k offerings
* Nice benefits, like a new micro market in the lunchroom and optional company outings several times a year.
* Beautiful location, a few blocks away from a wildlife preserve and the Katy Trail
* Company looks to the long-term as far as business strategy goes, so I suspect it will be around long after the world goes paperless
Cons
* Some departments can be resistant to change, but they do get caught up with the times eventually
