Pros

Diventures is an engaging and unique business brand. If you love the water, working there will make you love it more. Co-workers are generally very supportive and facilities are new, clean, and well-maintained. Customers are also typically very friendly.

Cons

I started out really loving this job, but over a few years the work-life balance was non-existent and there was very little support from executive management. They make an outward attempt to nurture career growth and employee development, but there is little, if any, followthrough. There are lots of closed circles of privilege and figurative glass ceilings. Despite continual outstanding store performance the list of duties and expectations continued to increase to the point of sheer burnout. I started out loving this job and really wanted to grow with Diventures, but the my health suffered along with my relationship with my family. If you’re young and single and don’t mind donating lots of extra unpaid hours, this is the place to be. If you’re looking for a healthy job that respects boundaries and fosters growth and engagement, keep looking.

Pros

The kids were great and I enjoyed swimming throughout the winter.

Cons

Low pay, horrible management. They cant keep employees because of how poorly they treat their staff. Uniforms have been falling apart for months. Toddler classes are 4:1 and there is rarely a deck manager. Toddlers can get up and walk away and no one is there to assist. Very dangerous. I cannot stress how poorly this pool is run.
