      This Company Lacks Integrity

      Summer Fridays, Paid Holidays, that's about it.

      Cons

      This company truly lacks integrity. Lying to your staff and furloughed employees in the midst of a global pandemic), leading them to believe you will bring them back at the start of the new year, yet choosing to let them go just before Christmas is such a grimy move and NEVER a good look for a company who claims to "care" about its employees...to top it off you offer the absolute bare minimum in severance to employees who have been nothing but devoted; a slap in the face and completely shameful. I don't know how Ms. Von Seldeneck and her minions sleep with themselves at night.

      Competitive pay, generous PTO, decent diversity (age/gender/ethnicity).

      Cons

      Chairwoman is in her 80s, well past her prime, and won't step aside. She's holding the company back. She doesn't understand technology or modern business practices at all and is often rude and belligerent.

      Poor managment, claim diversity but major, major issues with race, lgbtq, and disability inequities

      Major racial inequity issues, founder said some disparaging comments towards Asians, does not accommodate for disabilities, the list could go on and on... Previous CEO worked on the board for Chick Fil A - left due to acquisition of Koya and issues with the employees of Koya raising concern since Koya was primarily a NFP organization - rejoined the board without letting employees know and a key account found out, most of upper management left after the LGBTQ+ employees made demands. Founder made some severe disparaging comments towards Asians and walked them back with an apology. Do not let this company fool you. They do not believe in equality and Human Resources is a complete joke.
