The company is very cliquish and often hostile to people from outside the Hammond/Livingston area. Do not expect an atmosphere of mutual respect and professionalism because the opposite is true.

Will terminate you with no warning whatsoever! If you work there, you should continue to look for work! No loyalty to their employees at all. They will work you "into the ground". They feel they own you and ALL of your time when they hire you. They put up a "good front" the first week or two you are there, but then you start to see the reality-quickly! They do have a place on site to eat lunch, but don't count on having time to eat. You will also have customer complaints from a very slow moving Accounting Department. Watch your pay very carefully as well. They are more concerned about working you than paying you. Makes little difference, as you will rarely have time off to spend what you make.
