Pros
Creative environment, challenging, fun, full of self development opportunities. A place to meet interesting people and make good friends. People often maitain contact to the company long after they've left. Recommend to people that want to work on organizational development and innovation.
Cons
Wow, some projects are a lot of work and it's not always easy to sell innovation. Work goes off hours sometimes and projects are not always well payed. Some very innovative projects where not implemented by clients, which very frustrating.
