      Pros

      I only interviewed there and thought I would share that. The hiring Director was rather nice to talk to, we hit it off quickly. Seems like a dynamic company that is growing. It could be a great place to work

      Cons

      They want a candidate with five plus years of experience and only pay them $20 a hour.

      Injected fear into employees - threatening to fire them 
 Management doesn’t give support, even when asked. They have an open-door policy, which never felt welcomed There's a toxic tech-bro culture at the company, and they fail to treat employees who don’t fit their mold with respect and dignity.
