I started as an intern in Docmation and worked for 2+ years as a Salesforce developer. Company treats employees well. Work life balance is good, better salary in industry. you will get appraisal for every 6 months. Bonus two times a year. Job security, more projects in pipeline. Docmation has tied up two other companies which increases the growth of company and employee. Great management. Average salaries are below Intern 16-18k Associate SF developer 32k-38k depending on technical skills
