Pros

The office park is well maintained.

Cons

Increases in workload with no increases in salary. The benefits suck - premium for employee & spouse takes 1/2 monthly salary for most employees. There's no appreciation shown for employees who take their jobs seriously. No raises. Some people are making the same wage that they started with - some for 10 years. There used to be an Employee of the Month award, but that ended about a year ago.

Pros

The people from (for lack of a better phrase) Top to Bottom are all great to work with and for. There is a wide range of different Cultures here which is rewarding and informative. I enjoy the work almost all the time, don't get me wrong, I am not saying it's a 'doddle' you have to work and prove yourself but who'd want or expect it any other way. Having worked on several Continents over the years, I can honestly say there is no place I'd rather be, right now than where I am. When you need help from them they are right there for you with whatever you need when you need it, that's from personal experience, it doesn't get any better than that.

Cons

None as far as I am concerned

Pros

It's honestly difficult to think of many. There is a lot of potential here, but with the current CEO, there isn't a bright outlook.

Cons

There is a heavy focus on cosmetics and presentation rather than making employees happy and creating a good product that works well. Money is spent on uniforms when it could be spent on far more productive things. There is focus put into what is on the TV screens in the NOC, rather than employee morale or anything else for that matter. Benefits are garbage, employer barely contributes so monthly costs are extravagant. There are no raises, no reviews. There are "bonuses" that people mention, but it is a $100 gift card for each year you've been working there. The majority of the employees there are rude and needy, and aren't very self sufficient or proactive. The CEO only seems to care about how things look and a pretty coat of paint (NOC TVs, breakrooms, uniforms) rather than functionality of the product, and morale or happiness of employees.
