      Very "Old School" not good for growth

      Pros

      Get to work 1 day from home Understanding and Approachable Manager on the Data Systems Team

      Cons

      Very "old school" in their thinking and very resistant to change. Still have not adopted cloud and are 100% on premise. Very "politcal" and sometime they allow bad apples to stay around which in turns discourages the "good apples". If you are young or are trying to gain skills that will be marketable in IT long term this is not the place. You will become a dinosaur because the technology they use is out of date with the current year 2023. This company is best for someone who is trying to retire soon and be on cruise control. Not someone who is trying to grow and move up in their career. Innovation is something that could get you in trouble. They are very "in the box" with their thinking.

      Pros

      They have a great finance team.

      Cons

      They have no Blacks in Sales management and they even refused to allow Black salesmen in their commercials. The practices are very biased and the management team have girlfriends at the dealership and wives at home, and gives the white salesmen customers while the Blacks struggle to feed their families.

      You could be selling John Deere heavy equipment and meet great customers.

      Cons

      Local management will say what ever it takes to get away from you. The VP of the company is disrespecetful and rude. There is a total lack of communication from the very top with Leslie Doggett down to the local employees.
