Overworking, Disrespectful, No life outside of Work.

Always Overworking you. Disrespectful. I was approached by Brady Dolan and was heavily disrespected by him on something that was out of my hands to fix. Also something that we had asked to have fixed a while back. Something Osha would have not approved & company would have been fined if called. He took everything to far and ended up insulting a co-worker & I. Being one of many hard workers there they do not value your hard work nor know who their hard workers are. Being a Family Owned Business you should know who your hard workers are or at least know of them. All they care about are “Their Numbers” rather than taking care of their Employees and Customers. A very fake Family to work for. When requested time off without pay. They mentioned I couldn’t do that unless I had Paid Time Off? Make that make sense you cannot take a day off without PTO. You should be able to take time off with the decision being on yourself wether you would like to use PTO or just take it unpaid. Do not recommend working for this company unless you would like to be highly overworked and very stressed out about all the work being piled on top of you. Not to mention no raises & Pay is not very good. Great place to work for if you’re looking to not have a life outside of work. Managers & employees that have been their for a while are Hypnotized by their awesome “owners” it’s quite a joke of a place. Wash department gets treated like trash even though they are a big part of the company if not the biggest. Definitely the only Department in the company that gets the short end of the stick.
