Production over safety mentality
QFR- only way to "advance" is if someone quits,is fired, or retires.
Upper management/ micro managers. Unrealistic expectations.
Long work days and short handed
pay is a joke, new hires are paid more than long term employees
management is a old boys club
HR is a joke, I think their on number 6 since I was there
The people really do make this company. All the workers love what they do and are proud of thier work as they should be.
Cons
Management only cares about sales and thier selfs. They dont care about thier employees having to break them selfs, work 60+ hrs. But instead they get to go on week + long vacations that thier "customers gift" to them and to just work maybe 40 hrs. You force people out if they try to question management. Or if you create work for them or have them do thier job, then they start to make sure you dont have a work life balance.
