Senior leadership so focused on performance creating cutthroat environment where staff are being let go on the spot without a performance management process. Management team think they are on same level as Google and Atlassian... it's good to dream big but also need to be realistic. Generally is Domains success meaning it's becoming too big for its own boots? Management team so far removed not recognising or rewarding talent and creating negative cutthroat environment where staff are made to feel like whatever they do it isn't good enough.
