      Pros

      Great hours, good benefits. Enjoyed working with colleagues. Upper management very pleasant to work for. Not a very stressful environment.

      Not a lot of room to move up within the company.

      Okay if you like to be bored

      Pros

      Learning about the industry from a different perspective. Consulting, rather than selling or buying.

      Cons

      The higher ups don't like to let go of their reigns and let their assistants do work. After all, that is why they are your assistant. You are basically a sample runner. If you are okay with doing bare minimum work and don't mind being bored, this is the place for you.

      Antiquated business model with no desire to change

      Pros

      Free clothing samples now and then. You can generally leave at 5:00/5:30 everyday.

      Cons

      Zero room for growth. No structure for workflow processes so it is constantly chaotic. Lack of technology and people that know how to use basic technology (eg: attaching an image in an email). Leadership is not admirable and likes to hold back younger employees. Overall antiquated business model.
