      Pros

      I joined a great agency 4 years ago. Friendly,collaborative,creative,smart people. A unique culture of togetherness, mutual trust and respect. Great clients, a successful new business machine. Great,diverse leadership team.

      Cons

      The leadership team were either fired or left when the current team were appointed. Clients and good people left in droves as a consequence.It's now a digital studio built to service two clients. The new leadership pairing are clueless,bullying egotists.

      People are nice. TH work used to be quiet good. They've won some pitche

      It has change a lot it feels like a call centre. Some brand clients that they have been working for many years are all neglected

      Pros

      There are no Pros - its a toxic, horrible place to work.

      Cons

      The management team are clueless, they don't know how to run an agency or manage client business, the ECD blames everyone else for any problem rather than looking at his own inabilities. They expect everyone to work all hours - communication from the top is terrible and anyone who is any good has left or been driven out. I'm surprised they are still in business.
