      Pros

      There has been a lot of wonderful change at DoseSpot, for the better. Everyone truly feels like they are making a difference in healthcare. Our DoseSpot Connect services empower patients and save them money on their meds. I love the culture of trust and accountability here. We have hired so many impact players in 2025, and the company keeps growing.

      Cons

      Remote-first work environment, I wish I got to see my coworkers face to face with greater frequency. The company does a good job with quarterly team meetups and an annual offsite. I love my team and wish it could be more frequent.

      DoseSpot doesn't just display its values on the marketing website, each employee exhibits those values daily. - Accountability - The members of this talent dense organization are driven and exceed expectations across the board. This shows in the strong growth and success that this company has had for years. - Collaborative - Everyone is supportive of one another. Regardless of your role or department, anyone from across the organization is willing to answer a question, help with an issue, or listen to your idea. - Curiosity - Innovation is front and center. We live a growth mindset, continually looking for ways to learn and improve. Beyond that we have a direct impact on healthcare. Our software helps providers deliver better patient care and helps patients save money on their prescriptions.

      Cons

      Our pace is quick and our standards are high; that environment isn’t for everyone.
