I’d also like to acknowledge your concerns regarding management and workload. This year, we have experienced rapid growth, which I recognize put strain on the team at times. We are actively working to balance our company’s growth while ensuring that workloads remain manageable. Your feedback, and that of the team, is crucial as we make these improvements.
I also want to clarify that our time-off policy includes 15 paid vacation days, 5 sick days, 3 mental health days, and paid holiday leave, along with holiday premium pay for anyone working on a statutory holiday. In terms of compensation, we regularly review our pay structure to ensure it remains competitive, and we base raises and promotions on performance.
Lastly, I want to assure you that we do listen to feedback. It’s important to us, and we continuously strive to improve. For current team members, I always encourage direct communication so that we can address concerns quickly and collaboratively.
