      Pay is reasonable but not the highest amongst competitors. Team is great to work with.

      Cons

      Workload is not matching compensation. Management is set on a budget and seem to have no intention to expand team to spread workload.

      Great place to work, supportive team and manager. People including senior leadership position holders are genuinely nice and very approachable.

      Cons

      This may just be me, but I think there may not seem like a lot of room to advance in terms of career growth.
