Unless you're a favourite, you won't really go far in the comapny Only care about budgets rather than the people who are working hard for the company

Nice people and hotels are lovely. More four-star than five-star

Cons

Unrealistic expectations at times. Say they care about people but benefits are not great compared to other hotel groups

None expected to make good relationships with some of my collegues

Cons

Everything. Don’t waste your time. Also bare in mind that the office is based in a basement without windows. If someone is getting sick everyone will be sick. And guess what? No sick pay. So will be off from your salary
