High turnover gives plenty of opportunities

The company functions in a constant state of crisis management. The leadership is in over their heads. The company will work you to your breaking point. Morale is critically low.

Pros

There are some very knowledgeable people at this company. Benefits are okay. Per diem policy follows GSA rates.

Cons

Management only seems to care about themselves and the numbers - it did not used to be that way. Subpar pay for non-professional positions. Bonuses for field employees are few and very far between. BD group are treated like kings but don’t bring in the work - they even get vehicle stipends. Vehicle policy is horrendous. The one perk most field employees had was the take home vehicle; it offset the subpar pay. But now you have to keep track of mileage to and from work and it is counted as income.
