      Toxic work environment

      Pros

      Regional Managers desire to set people up for success and grow the business.

      Cons

      Pore executive leadership which funnels down and unfortunately creates a toxic work environment. No technology for HR or recruiting. Compensation is below industry standards. Retention is low.

      The co workers are awesome, works well as a team.

      Cons

      Mgmt does not understand at all how the jobs actually work , it is all reports, reports, reports. Used to have more of a family feel , now everyone pretty much knows they are nothing more than a number but we keep quiet because we all need jobs

      Pros

      Decent benefits, name looks good on the resume, candy is always available at the front desk, bathrooms are clean.

      Cons

      I worked at the corporate office for 10 years, most reviews here are from loan officers or property managers at other locations. The corporate office is a whole different atmosphere, very antiquated and has an "old boys club" feel. Executives as well as Senior VP's are out of touch with the rest of the staff and it spreads out to the rest of rental and condo sites. Poorly managed all across the board and it just keeps rolling downhill. Very few minorities and women in senior level positions.
