      Pros

      Great team work, everyone is supported, the managers are there to help you and understand what is needed to help you achieve. Love the work life balance and the option to work from home or from the office.

      Cons

      Company is growing so keeping up with the changes are challenging.

      Pros

      The team are one of the nicest I've ever worked with. Everyone is helpful, Management are supportive and I find it to be a very collaborative environment. Great products, established partner channel and exciting growth opportunities globally.

      Cons

      None as yet - I've enjoyed my time at Draycir so far and look forward to a long career here.
