Company going down the Swannie by Poor Choices

Uniform Provided, decent Holidays until recent acquisition, some nice work colleagues (what are left of them)

Cons

Company was great to work for, then things took a drastic Change since their most recent acquisition... Poor Management choices, Staff being left to feel inadequate, Loyal Honest hard working Staff being pushed aside which lead to Resignations. Staff having to fight for their Jobs and clearly they had already made their minds up who was going to get their jobs and who was not (not a fair Process but made to look it) Replacement Managers and Upper, Clueless and Get away with doing very little everyday. Temporary Staff with little or no experience being used. No Good morale anymore. Poor untrusting atmosphere.

Poor atmosphere no communication they put management positions to people with no expertise and no management skills they put things in place and even when it clearly does not work they carry on because it's their way or no way.
