Toxic Culture Stemming from the Top

Pros

The product potential is there.

Cons

The CEO is all talk, with no show. Toxicity radiates from the leaders at the top, instead of trying to solve issues, their main concern is placing blame. The high client churn rate is a clear illustration that the clients are not a priority. The lack of team morale is blatantly obvious to clients and leaders alike, yet leadership has done nothing to even attempt to improve. Leadership claims they are supportive of the employees, yet below-market pay, multiple unkept promises, and regression in stability make this org an absolutely terrible company to work for.

Pros

DrivenIQ gives all its employees the opportunity for growth, a product suite that's unparalleled, and a team of people who are passionate and full of purpose. As a startup in scale-up mode, things move quickly, but the team is always poised for response and problem-solving. Leadership works diligently to make sure that the employees are given every chance to grow and develop in their jobs and careers. From company Coursera online training to the chance to work with cutting edge technology and data, DrivenIQ is growing by leaps and bounds and is a great place to be.

Cons

We are a startup so we're moving fast, making quick decisions and sometimes have to pivot on a dime.
