      Unprofessional, unethical, this company doesn't deserve to exist

      Pros

      Skilled and supportive team members.

      Cons

      Employees are cheated to the maximum extent. They are told that they'll get salaries soon, company situation will be fine soon, but it never happens. Drivezy hires people but doesn't give salary for many months. Even after leaving Drivezy they don't pay the dues. Even the CXOs are totally irresponsible and they don't have any shame for their behaviour.

      No pros except you get to work in a dynamic work environment

      Cons

      - Toxic Work culture. They'll micromanage you on each minute. - Late or no salary. Still haven't cleared the pending salaries after one year and no response about clearance of dues. - Cofounders have a really poor attitude towards employees. - Cofounders lack some serious management skills. Except CTO no one takes their work seriously neither they have skills to do their work.
