You are the bottom of the barrel no one cares if you go. You are replaceable as long as you fall in line and bend over backwards for them you great but once you stop you are trash.

Good Benefits, pay is average, D&F people website user friendly, well organized. Few of the Regional Managers are pretty awesome,

Cons

Taken for granted, Raleigh corporate office uncaring- just a number, Directors not helpful when you bring any issues to them. They move you around too often and will place you in a community regardless of the mileage you travel. They threaten your job security daily when leasing team isn’t performing as well as they like. Daily threats = poor performance, value your employees and encourage them don’t verbally abuse them!
