Pros

Interesting business, variety of clients, very fast paced work environment, great overall experience, good benefits.

Cons

No work life balance specially for the team leaders and a few of hard worker seniors, work stress, most of work critical responsibilities are the responsibility of the tech leads alone, lack of resources, no project plans, teams need to be restructured.

None absolutely none there is nothing good about this place

Cons

1) Horrible treatment 2) Managers don't even understand the business, they don't know how to do things , you will most probably find yourself teaching your manager and find them taking credit for it. 3) Say goodbye to promotions and career progress and hello to backstabbing and others taking credit for your work 4) Say goodbye to decent salary increase 5) They couldn't care less about you, you are an object that they will use to get what they want and throw you in the nearest trash
