I am a current Owner of DUFFY Realty and have been with them off and on for over 22 years. DUFFY Realty is an ESOP which means that is Employee Owned and Operated. This needs to be understood when reading the last few years of reviews. (smile) ALL of the Owner Employees require a strong work ethic and character. Our future depends on the strength of our weakest link. This company was given to us by Rhonda and Frank Duffy and while Rhonda does continue to be a part of DUFFY Realty she has not been active in meetings or trainings unless needed for the last few years. During those years, we have had a nationally ranked sales trainer, who made their mark under Tony Robbins and Dale Carnegie. This is not to sound snippy, just to set the tone that we honestly care about being the best we can be for our clients. It matters to us.
Cons
Yes, we role play situations and sales techniques. Yes we can get overly excited about new ways of implementing something. Yes, we love trying new things that make our clients lives (or ours) easier and sometimes, there may be growing pains in the short-term. Here's the thing, yes, we get upset if someone is not pulling their weight. Why would we want someone to work for us who does not care about wanting to work and doing the best they can? This is not about perfection, Lord knows I have made mistakes in my 15 years with DUFFY, this is about character, respecting each other's time and giving each other grace when needed.
