Pros
It was a job when I needed one, until the building market took a dump. Interesting to be involved with erecting buildings throughout Chicagoland.
Cons
High use of Hispanic employees from local temporary agencies which could not speak English. High turnover rate. Low regard for safety. Has had a number of serious injuries at their plants and one fatality within the last few years. Low pay. Gross bathrooms and break facilities at Aurora plant.
