Pros

Good, diverse, kind management who were invested to support students to build skills, succeed and thrive.

Cons

Pay was low for the work--should be at least $15/hour.

Pros

It's located in Downtown Durham. That's about it.

Cons

Literally the weirdest, shadiest place I have ever worked.

Pros

There's work at home days.

Cons

Your job is never safe. They will reclassify your job in order to pay you less and kick you out of the 403(b) and not contribute money to you anymore. They'll also reduce your vacation. There's no way to contest it, and Human Resources never knows the answer to anything more than benefits. There is no where to move up the ladder unless you know someone.
