      Thank you for stopping by. We are glad you think our health benefits and PTO are "pros" - we think so too! Traveling is a nice way to see other parts of the region or country! While we may not be able to offer "top dollar", we do our best to provide market appropriate pay for our company size, industry, and revenue, and do our best to offer great benefits such as up to 4 weeks of PTO annually plus 10 days of PTO for field crews, and more!       Pros

      Good money. Good benefits, and lots of little perks.

      Cons

      Very hectic schedule sometimes. Lots of travel within travel. Be flexible and patient and your fine. You let little things bother you stay away you won’t last.

We strive to offer benefits that matter and that make a difference so are happy to see that you are feeling good about them. There is a lot of travel associated with working on projects around the country and we understand that can be difficult. Please know that we appreciate your dedication to our company, to our customers, and to the underground infrastructure projects you work on for our country!

      Easy work, awful company.

      Pros

      Work is simple and not too hard if you're fit. Employees on the ground are likeable and good to work with.

      Cons

      Unsanitary work and equipment, including the vehicles. Vehicles and shop are barely kept secure, and there often isn't enough equipment to go around. Upper management makes surprise, week long visits and interrupts the flow of work and the good vibes of the crew. Will needlessly fly you out to the home office for training that coulda been done in a day over Zoom. Communication between departments is awful. Nobody knows when stuff is happening or why. Trying to contact anyone above you is a gamble if they'll even answer the phone or return your messages. Will fire you right after you get off work without any specified reason.
