Shell oil would not renew their contract for the upcoming year, Company let us know about 11 days before the end of the year they would be closing the doors in the Douglas and Wright Wyoming area, total of 14 drivers, some of the drivers contacted the company to find out about transfers to other areas, like their operations in Pecos Texas for crude oil, for the drivers That wanted to stay in crude oil, they were told if you came there you would have to pay $100 a day, to stay in their company housing arrangements , which pretty much left most drivers to have to look elsewhere for work, with all this being said they're not very stable company to work for a smaller company would be much better in my opinion, A smaller company would take much better care of their drivers, or at least offer other opportunities to them.

Low pay, no advancement opportunities from within, not posting all available positions, cherry picking/hiring upper management with zero fuel hauling knowledge/experience, horrible brokered health insurance with high co-pays and deductibles.
