Pros

Access to senior management is amazing Great HR Policies Good work life balance Opportunity to work from home Opportunity to travel to where you need to for work

Cons

Lack of change - company culture means individuals (outside of management) don't feel responsible for change/innovation and it can be hard to gain traction for new ways of working Decentralised nature of team structure means that countries are doing their own thing, rather than working together/consolidating similar requirements together Lack of office culture means it can be hard to meet/connect with people. Didn't feel like i had any development opportunities within my field of work and would have to expand into new completely new fields if i wanted to stay
