Pros
- You do your work hours and go home - Great work life balance - Lovely office in Old Oak Common - Easy access to the office - Flexible dress code - Good database - Very good existing clients
Cons
- Director has no idea about recruitment and listens to one person to run the business. - One of the senior managers creates an awful atmosphere and has no consideration for anybody else. - Only 1 or 2 members of staff have any personal skills or any skills how to speak to another human being. - No progression plan - The holidays are limited, I was not allowed to go back home for Christmas.
