Pros

I did have some wonderful experiences in my earlier years with this company.

Cons

It really feels like the company is in a free fall. Upper management is scrambling to make changes that don't fix the issues. Morale is at an all time low with my staff. Every morning it takes all my effort to turn up for the day and try to motivate my team when they see and feel the same way I do.

A regular paycheck and health benefits.

Cons

Managers prefers to micromanage, lack of communication from management, no direction, and performance is measured by hours worked. Management seems to be making changes without much thought. People thrown into roles with no experience or qualifications. Customers are unhappy. Going to a client meeting is the worst part of my job. I constantly have to make excuses for poor project performance and management. This company is slowly dying and probably won't last long.

Teammates are great people and the wages and benefits are good.

Cons

Poor communication from leadership. Company has no direction. Seems like they are just moving people around trying to fix problems that don't exist and not fix the problems that do. Every day is a grind. I would not recommend working here to anyone.
