      Pros

      Great team, mindfulness around employees, varied client work and unlimited holidays are all a bonus.

      Cons

      Top heavy structure, communication with staff and pay could do with some improvement.

      - Incredible culture - Plenty of room to grow and learn - Mentor system and internal/external training - Unbelievable benefits - No nonsense, no friction, no internal politics - Flat structure

      In the grand scheme of things, nothing major at all

      Pros

      There are a lot of reasons why I wanted to work at Dynamo and have stayed so many years: the team, the culture, the type of work we're doing, the clients, the opportunity to grow in my career not to mention the benefits including unlimited holidays
