      Pros

      For an IT company that handles multiple clients very relaxed and friendly environment, game room is nice place to play some pool after work and hang with co-workers, kitchen is great with all the snacks and lunch options. All teams are a great fit and everyone gets along great! I have worked here a rather long time and started at the bottom and worked my way up and I am not a family member.

      Cons

      Only con i can think of is no 401k options

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time here. It was obvious from day one that the two owners cared about the employees and their customers. I really liked the guys who I got to work around on a daily basis. I got help when I needed it and was able to help others too. I moved away from Georgia and my new job does not have the family events and awesome lunches that DynaSis did for me. I will always appreciate how they helped me and my family.

      Cons

      Ive been sitting here for 20 mins trying to figure out a downside - but I can't. They were flexible when my dad was sick and they even helped my wife get a job. Nothing bad to say!!!

      Pros

      Great atmosphere and culture. Everyone is very nice. I love how everyone always puts the customer first. People work very hard but it is a laid back environment. They support my training requests and allow me to broaden my skill set.

      Cons

      I honestly cant think of anything negative to say. I've tried for a few minutes to come up with something but I love what I do, love where I am and I love the people around me.
