Colleagues on the floor great to work with and the work in general is fair enough
Cons
Management and hr are a disgrace. Try to treat grown men like school children. It's their way or nothing no favours or won't go out of their way to help the workers in times of need. Also having to do an interview and apply for a payrise then one of the interview question is what do you do in this company... They should know what you do. Hopefully vertiv taking over will change this.
