Good people, good place to work
Pros
great, friendly coworkers, no drama between employees, generally happy environment, get to create your own schedule, flexible with time off and scheduling. good pay when busy, boss is good reasonable person, lots of good services offered there that you can get yourself on your time off, does exactly what you went to school for; not required to clean bathroom or laundry which is great
Cons
fast paced environment, no time in between appointments, (not bad if you can keep up though), front desk makes a lot of mistakes with scheduling and booking very often which can confuse and throw off the clients and therapists, when your hired their they don't do much time training you with the way they do things which leaves you having to ask your coworkers a lot while they are very busy themselves, bad place to work when it's not busy since your only getting paid when you have an appointment
