Pros

* Startup mentality * Positive environment * Great place to grow your career with direct involvement with clients' companies * Possible to shift into a more relevant career * Hard work and results are recognized * Now a remote job

Cons

Entry-level positions are mostly in Sales Development, which isn't for all people * Startups come with fast-paced changes and being adaptable is important * Company uses RingCentral as its platform of choice

Great company to work for with lots of room to grow

Pros

Great place to start a career in the world of tech sales and sales related activities. Company has services in appointment setting, data management, salesforce administration, marketing services/website design and management and full sales as a service (commission included) A great place to learn about how companies manage their business processes and sales pipelines. Lots of room to grow. Many SDR/BDR's get promoted to the Sales Division where they can make commissions on closing deals. Some SDR/BDR's have made their way into Marketing or became a certified Salesforce Admin getting trained for free to pass their Salesforce admin certifications. Most of leadership started as a BDR at some point over the years. Everyone in management knows what they are doing. Even though this is 100% remote, there is a lot of support from leadership. Yes, there is a lot of cold calling in the appointment setting and sales services, but that was expected - nothing hidden there. CEO is meets with the entire company once a month to discuss what is going on with the company even going as far as sharing financials and company direction and growth.

Cons

Working on a project by yourself - even though every client relationship has a project manager- can fell a bit lonely some times. Part of that is just working at home for 8 hours and not having a ton of conversations if you are cold calling
