      Open culture is driving change. Although a long way to go, the ground work being put in place is transforming the business.

      Cons

      Low staffing levels is impacting the ability to provide a great customer experience.

      ECi is a company that really try's to look out for its employees. There is a wonderful vibe in the office environment that has been accomplished by the company putting their employees first. Management have a great balance of being firm on their employees to get the best for the company, which in the long run will benefit everyone, but also being very kind, friendly and approachable for any employee. The company also offer great benefits to its employees

      Cons

      Sometimes I feel as though there are a lack of opportunities' within the company. I believe this could also be classed as a positive as the company has great employee retention meaning sometimes opportunities just are not an option
