      Pros

      Coworkers were nice. The job was good, but after a while you just feel like an idiot doing the LONG hours for such pathetic pay.

      Cons

      Pay, Benefits. The industry is struggling and the company is cutting benefits like crazy. Every year, more and more was taken away from employees. People left here are either nearing retirement or just out of college.

      Okay location in Eden Prairie.

      Cons

      This is an unhappy place to work. Command and control. Poor workplace culture. Combative behavior on behalf of senior reps. Lots of blame passed on from leadership; failure to develop relevant strategy and implement across teams. Cherry picking of accounts. Poor judgment. Mistrust within organization. Game playing.

      Pros

      Management hires people who are kind, fun and very involved with the communities they serve. I had a really great experience making lifelong friends with my co-workers.

      Cons

      You will be just a number to management. There is no room for new ideas, innovation or advancement with in the company.
