      Long term growth potential!

      Pros

      ECS Financial Services strives to help its employees grow and prosper in their profession. Many employees have started as interns and are still with the company decades later. The Company continues to grow to allow employees opportunities to expand their knowledge.

      Cons

      For me the Northbrook, IL is a bit far, but the company does allow work from home when necessary.

      A Nice Place to Work

      Pros

      ECS Financial Services Inc. offers good employee benefits such as 401K and profit sharing. There are opportunities to work in a number of different tax and accounting areas. The office environment is friendly and comfortable.

      Cons

      During tax season staff are required to work overtime including Saturdays, however this provides the opportunity to accrue flex time hours.

      Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We value our employees, so having great benefits goes a long way. We will keep in mind that proper training measured need to be put in place for new management positions.

      Pros

      The company has always been willing to support to work/life balancing act which you don't always find. Many of the people I work with have been with the company for 10+ years which fosters a caring and family like atmosphere.

      Cons

      Tax season is never fun, but we always know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel come April 15th. It is absolutely necessary to have a good support system at home to run things while you work 60+ hours a week.
