      This company is okay for start up engineers and all those who strive to learn in the discipline they are venturing to.

      Cons

      The pay is below average considering the current economy, the market value of my skills, and the years I have been with the company. Promotions are also handled discreetly, and not everyone has a fair chance at advancement. Additionally, there are multiple steps and levels before reaching a higher position.
