    Work with some of the brightest mind in the energy business. Amazing team structure and support when you want to be a high achiever.

    Cons

    Communication within teams and between teams leaves a lot to be desired, which can often be frustrating

    Entrepreneurial culture, flat structure with a lot of exposure to upper management and senior traders. Easy to move internally

    Cons

    Have to wait 18 months to move internally. Lots of internal politics. Could/should pay a little more in back office
