      Pros

      Management and staff at EDL are amazing to work with! Current GM has been in place for about 18 months and is doing a careful job of filling positions and really works to establish relationships with employees, both salaried and hourly....listens to all, cares about the business and people, truly a fair person. Culture is definitely on the upswing!

      Cons

      Engineering team needs real leadership within the functional area....some forward movement over the last 6-8 months.

      Pros

      EDL has new management and has an opportunity for a bright future They instituted a new profit sharing program They offer flexible work hours, with plenty of overtime opportunities EDL has the backing of the larger Massman Companies for greater stability The assembly and fab shop shop now has new air conditioning, really nice in the summer. The company handled the Covid situation much better than most

      The health insurance afforded consists of three high deductible HSA health insurance plans. All three are equally bad.
