      Managing government contracts with no security

      Pros

      - Lack of management leaves lots of time to look at pictures of cats online - All staff have access to secure government documents & contracts even after being sacked or resigning - Some of the people who work in the business are actually quite pleasant and friendly

      Cons

      - Facilities very dirty and smelly. Difficult to tell kitchen and toilets apart sometimes - Senior managers employing all their mates who have a lack of experience for the roles they are employed for - Sexual discrimination. Female members of staff not listened to and a "leave the man to do the work" attitude.

      Toxic working environment

      Pros

      Used to be a really dynamic place to work. Excellent people, fun place to work. The management were tough sometimes but they were fair and you knew when you were doing a good job

      Cons

      It's become a scary place to be. I've had to be careful not to include anything to identify me because I'm worried I'll be sacked next. There is now no job security, no enjoyment to the work. In my opinion, no chance to succeed

      Sinking Ship. Avoid at all costs.

      Pros

      Many employees are good decent people.

      Cons

      The UK operation is a sinking ship. Winding down to become an outsourced operation with the primary goal of providing pocket lining for the GM and his mates. GM is a lunatic. Regularly sends his personal tantrums to the company via email. No social skills whatsoever. In fact, takes pride in being obnoxious. The senior management team are distant and ineffective. Very much a boys club. If you're not in the inner circle forget about a career here.
