Pros

No positive comments about this company, very corrupt, very secretive and it seems that if you are not part of "the family" then your career with them is over before it begins.

Cons

It seems this corrupt organisation will prey on the weakest of people for there own selfish gains, perhaps one day world domination... I don't think. My advice is if you ever come across this company then back off and stay well away.

Pros

-Variety of projects offers a wide range of experience -Smaller company means you work with the owners -Nice office locations and benefits -Great clients -International and nationwide work -Hiring bonuses, bonuses for getting a new client, opportunity for salary growth each year. -You get hands on experience that you do not receive in a larger environmental firm where you end up pigeonholed. You have the chance to do everything from field work to design to office work.

Cons

-Inappropriate conversations and jokes from a senior management that doesn't realize that they come off as sexist, racist, and insensitive. -Understaffed, so upper level managers and senior staff end up working below their experience, which limits the chances for personal career growth. -Fickle atmosphere. Some people "make it" because they're liked by the higher ups, but not necessarily because they're talented. Others are placed up against impossible standards because they're not the "right fit," even though they have great experience, ideas, and talent in their field. -Unreasonable expectations for their employees to be involved in marketing while maintaining a 90%-plus billable work week. Unreasonable expectations for their marketing staff to have the experience commensurate to an engineer and scientist while also having the experience commensurate to a top proposal manager. -Poor handling of personal work issues from an HR standpoint - health problems, leaves of absence, performance issues are broadcasted to everyone. Gossipy atmosphere from senior PMs and owners/managers. -There is no set standard for anything- except for letterheads and reports- and even that is a stretch. Very hard to work for different managers with this lack of standards. -Interdepartmental bickering is distracting and disheartening for those whose superiors do not get along. -Too much overhead spending and not enough new work/backlog.
