As the company continues to grow its staff, and expand its client base locally and nationally, there are multiple opportunities for success at all levels of the company.
Cons
The offsite IT is sometime inefficient to resolve tech issues. Typically there are work arounds, but as the company continues to grow, it will be important to improve on these, and potentially bring portions of IT in house.
