Pros
Live up to their values and genuinely care about people. Lots of initiatives to support health, safety and mental health with well-being champions in all parts of the business. Focus groups supporting monitory groups and working really hard to make sure people have a voice and feel included. Flat structure means anyone has access to senior leaders who are really responsive.

Do not care one jot for staff unless your face fits and management like you. Have an opinion and you’re blacklisted. Talk Big on mental health and staff well being but no follow through. Pay and benefits shocking.
