      Foot in door company with no loyalty

      Pros

      Decent ppe. Used to have good lads working for them

      Cons

      No loyalty. Will hire new staff on more than current staff. Ran by Portugal so no chance of pay increases Management take weeks to get back to emails Pathetic attitude towards workers Pay pathetic compared to the rest of the industry Uses ppe and pension as “a bonus”

      Easy to join & Hard to leave

      - Easy entrance in wind sector - A great sector to work - Good external training (in some cases)

      Cons

      -High termination clause (up to 3 years and up to 5k) -Unable to negotiate contract during that time cause you can't leave -High termination clause can be renew before finish with a simple training - Holidays hard to choose and are likely to coincide with you home period -High unpredictability work shifts -No labor union (just have a group well organized by management to represent workers) -Speaking with customers it's forbidden or not well seen -Working risks and conditions (weights, high voltages, cold, heat..) -Low pay roll for the work conditions in wind sector
